Head Coach: Richard Gray Coach Gray was the Varsity Head Coach at Frontier from 2007 -2010 after serving as Defensive Coordinator in 2004-5. Before Coach Gray came to Frontier he coached at his alma mater Bethlehem Central (Delmar NY) as Defensive Coordinator from 2002-2003. Coach Gray was the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Buffalo Bills from 1998-2002. Prior to the Bills Coach Gray coached at Bethlehem Central offensive line 96-97, UMASS DI Football 94-95 and Division II Springfield College from 1992-94. Coach Gray was a 3-year starting Fullback at Springfield College, captain, Offensive MVP and two-time Iron Roach Award winner. Coach Gray wife is Tracy Gray and he has two children Richard Jr. and Jacob. |

Joe Fasciana – Varsity Assistant Coach Coach Fasciana has been with the football program for 20 years and past 12 years on the varsity football staff. Coach Fasciana has also coached Girls Bowling for 12 years and Girls Modified and JV Lacrosse for 10 years. He graduated from Frontier in 1987 and Canisius College in 1991 where he played football. Coach Fasciana is a Physical Education teacher at the high school and resides in Hamburg with his wife Alenda and three children Joey Jr., Marty and Rocco. |

Kevin Sheffield – Head 8 th Grade Coach Coach Coach Sheffield has been with the program for over 23 years. He has coached at each level in the program. He has also coached Wrestling and Track for Frontier. He is a 1985 graduate of Eden high school and attended SUNY Cortland (1989) majoring in History and Special Education. He currently teaches Special Education at Frontier Middle School. Coach Sheffield resides in Hamburg with his wife Sandy and their 2 children Eric and Katie. |

John Chowske – Modified Head Coach 7 th Grade Team Coach Chowske joined the Falcons staff in 2015 as an assistant coach. Coach is Physical Education Teacher at the Middle School and the Head Varsity Wrestling Coach. Coach Chowske lives in Hamburg with his wife Jen |
